These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Radioage, a mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Adyantic Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Radioage, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Radioage is an internet radio application that allows users to discover and stream live radio stations from around the world. The App provides features including but not limited to:
Radio station content is sourced from third-party public directories and streams. We do not host, own, or control any of the audio content streamed through the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Radioage is available for free with limited features, including up to three saved favourites.
Radioage PRO unlocks the full feature set including unlimited favourites, sleep timer, language filter, and stations near you. PRO is available in the following plans:
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, using their respective billing systems. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable app store's terms of service and payment policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment card or bank account information.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through the applicable app store before the renewal date. Your applicable app store account will be charged according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect according to the applicable app store's subscription and pricing procedures, and any required notice will be provided through the applicable app store.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Trial availability and eligibility are determined by the applicable app store and may be limited according to its policies. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase, and the applicable app store account will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, as applicable, and will retain PRO access until the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, as applicable. Cancellation will take effect according to the applicable app store's subscription terms. You will generally retain access to PRO features until the end of the current billing period or trial period.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google through the applicable app store support process, or reach out to us at hello@adyantic.studio and we will assist where possible.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore eligible previous purchases using the "Restore Purchase" option in the app's Settings screen.
Radio station listings and metadata are provided by third-party public databases, including the Radio Browser community database. Radioage functions as a client-side internet radio player. Radioage does not own, host, store, cache, proxy, reproduce, modify, retransmit, or redistribute the audio content broadcast by any radio station. When you select a station, your device connects directly to the stream endpoint provided by the broadcaster or station directory for live playback.
Each radio station, broadcaster, or station operator is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, licences, permissions, consents, and authorisations required to broadcast its content in the territories in which its stream is made available.
Radioage does not verify or guarantee that any particular station has obtained all rights or licences required for its broadcast. The availability of a station through Radioage does not constitute a licence, endorsement, or authorisation from Adyantic Studio to use, reproduce, or redistribute that station's content.
No recording or downloading. Radioage provides live listening only. The application does not provide functionality to download, save, record, export, or convert radio streams. Users must not use the Service to record, download, reproduce, or redistribute third-party radio streams.
User responsibility. You are responsible for using the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Some stations may not be available in all territories due to legal, licensing, or technical restrictions.
Territorial restrictions. We may restrict the availability of certain stations or catalogues based on detected geographic location. These restrictions are applied at our discretion and may change without notice. Such restrictions do not constitute a representation that unrestricted stations are licensed for your territory.
Station and content removal requests. If you are a rights holder or authorised representative and believe that a station listing or stream available through Radioage infringes your intellectual property or other rights, please contact us at hello@adyantic.studio with sufficient information to identify the station and the rights at issue, together with your contact information and information establishing your authority to make the request.
We will review legitimate requests and may remove or restrict access to a station or listing where appropriate. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any station or listing at any time.
We do not control or endorse the content broadcast by any radio station. Station and stream availability may change without notice.
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Streaming radio requires an active internet connection. We are not responsible for any data charges incurred through your use of the App.
The "Stations Near You" feature requires access to your device's location. Location data is used solely to find and display radio stations geographically near you. We do not store, sell, or share your precise location data with third parties. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time through your device settings. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Radioage application — including its design, interface, logo, animations, and underlying code — are owned by Adyantic Studio. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adyantic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscriptions in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
