Common Issues
A radio station isn't playing
Radioage connects to internet radio stations provided by independent broadcasters. Some stations may occasionally be unavailable, offline, or temporarily stop responding.
Stations or station information have changed
Station names, streams, artwork, and other information can change because Radioage uses a community-maintained radio station directory.
Stations near me aren't appearing
The Stations Near You feature uses your device location to find radio stations broadcasting near your current location. Location access is optional.
Radioage PRO or subscription issues
If you purchased Radioage PRO but your premium features are not available, try using the Restore Purchase option in the app.
Subscription billing and payments are handled by the respective app store. For billing or refund questions, please use the support resources provided by Apple or Google for the store where you made your purchase.
